Speaking of delivery, we only use our own fleet of vans and drivers for door deliveries throughout the UK mainland. This means that we are able to ensure that the goods arrive in tip-top condition. While this may take slightly longer than what some of our competitors claim as ‘benefits’ of using couriers, the actual benefit and speed is with us as often couriers damage the large heavy products as they are not specialised in these products, meaning the goods are sent back and have to be sent again. We consider this a win for us.
