The Santandor Interior Oak Fire Door is a charming internal door suitable for both modern and traditional properties, bringing a stylish grace to the vicinity. This half hour fire door is fully finished with a clear lacquer treatment, saving you time and keeping costs down. The Santandor has four horizontal routed out sections in the wood, these are pre finished using a walnut treatment to give a contrasting colour effect.
This supermodel matches perfectly with the Oak Amadora.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Special attention is required if trimming these doors to size as the groove detail can be damaged while planing the edges. To maintain the grain effect the timber goes straight through the edge lipping. Care must be taken to cut into the face of the grooved timber insert to create a break point before the edges are planed. Below we show you how. Ensure all your tools are sharp.
Step 1
Mark the edge of the door where you will be planing.
Step 2
Cut into the face of the door where your mark is. This is where you will plane to, ensuring that you do not go past this cut. This needs to be done on every grove on both sides.
Step 3
Plane the door edge using a cut of ½mm or less until you are at your mark and cut.
Step 4
Planed correctly up to your mark with no breakage.

This breakage is caused when the following guidelines are NOT followed and we will not accept liability should you damage your door in this way.
