Cancelling your order
If you are a consumer (not a business) you have a statutory right to cancel any order placed at a distance (i.e. not at our shop counter).
How do you cancel?
The easiest way to cancel your order, if placed through our website, is to login to your website account, select the order you wish to cancel, and hit the cancel button.
Alternatively, if you wish to email us your requirement to cancel, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In this email, please provide the following information: -
- Your name and address
- The name of the goods you wish to cancel (or tell us if you wish to cancel all of your order)
- The date you placed your order or received delivery of your goods
As a third option, regulation says we should offer you a simple form which you can fill in. Click Model-cancellation-form to download. When completed, please email or post it to us at the address shown on the form.
